Lifetime Warranty

GMT Marine guarantees the Keelguard (to the original purchaser), against abrasive wear and adhesion failure for as long as you own your boat. (Abrasive wear does not include punctures or tears due to sharp objects, rocks, trailer roller damage or excessive abuse.)

Warranty is void if any alterations or cutting is done to the Keelguard (other than a hole for the bow eye).  Warranty will also be voided if shorter lengths are used other than GMT Marine's suggested sizes. Seller's and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace any such product to be defective. Megaware will not be responsible for labor to remove or replace any defective or damaged product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable either in part or in contract for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. No statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force or effect unless in an agreement signed by officers of seller or manufacturer.

MEGAWARE SkegPro & ScuffBuster Warranty

GMT Marine guarantees your Scuff Buster or SkegPro for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Warranty is void if any alterations, modifications or cutting is done or if improperly installed. Seller's and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace any such product to be defective. Megaware will not be responsible for labor to remove or replace any defective or damaged product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable either in part or in contract for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product.
